Aelora means sun ray, symbolizing warmth, light, and a sense of renewal. The name reflects the idea of bringing a small moment of brightness into someone’s day—much like the first rays of sunlight in the morning. At Aelora, that spirit is carried into every cup, with the intention of creating coffee experiences that feel uplifting, comforting, and full of positive energy.

Aelora Coffee was founded in, March 2026, by Neil Jassal with a simple goal: to bring great coffee and a sense of warmth to every event. Inspired by the meaning of Aelora—sun ray—the company was created to brighten people’s day through thoughtfully crafted drinks.

Starting with a passion for specialty coffee and hospitality, Aelora Coffee now brings a full espresso bar experience to corporate events, private gatherings, and community spaces across San Francisco and the Bay Area.
